1. Returns

    • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged).

2. Refunds

  • Inspection & Approval:
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your refund request.
  • Refund Method:
    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, wallet, or bank transfer).
    • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
  • Partial Refunds:

3. Exchanges

4. Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled; however, you may request a return after delivery.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@loriox.net within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge (if any) will be deducted from your refund unless waived.

3. Securely pack the item and ship it back to us.
4. Once received, we will notify you of the approval/rejection of your return request.
